  • How to recognise the signs of bullying or harassment;
  • How to tell the difference between bullying and harassment;
  • Ways to ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities to protect their workplace from this kind of behaviour.

This session runs from 9:00am – 1:00pm and is designed for managers, supervisors, business owners, employers, and HR personnel, and it will address issues from all sectors, with insights applicable to all business sizes.
